Why am i afraid to have a boyfriend, Elite chica Why am i afraid to have a boyfriend friend for naughties
The beginning of the year is often said to see a spike in couple splits, with various sources claiming that January hosts most divorce filings and couple separations. No matter what the timeline, the story of lost love is one most of us can tell. The answer for many of us can be found within.
I am 18 years old and I just want to know if I have a problem. I have never had a boyfriend and I am not looking forward to having one. The problem is not that I do not find guys attractive, because I do, I even imagine it a lot and I love to read romance novels. My problem is that when a guy is interested in me I cannot seem to run away fast enough. I avoid him like a plague.

Scared of having a boyfriend Watch. Confused about Clearing? Go to first unread. Skip to :. Anonymous 1. Report Thread starter 6 years ago 1. Hiya, I'm 16 and the thought of having a boyfriend scares me. When I get hit on its happened a couple of times I feel really really scared and just want it to end but at the same time feel flattered. The thought of having sexual conversations with guys on the internet freaks me out and when they ask for pics I send pics of my cat lol.
I am afraid of having a boyfriend
I don't know why it all terrifies me so much. Back when I was 14 I was incredibly thirsty for a bf haha. It's really weird but I want a husband, not a bf like I want a cosy relationship like when I have kids I want four. Like I really love the stability and routine of marriages.
How to not be scared about having a boyfriend
It's just having an unstable relationship and being hit on that worries me. I get quite nervous around boys, I feel like I can't be myself and when I've fancied boys in the past, around the boy I'm painfully shy because I'm so scared of embarrassing myself in some way. It was ridiculous, I avoided going out incase I bumped into him when I was alone or with my mum!
At the minute I like a dead celebrity. That, I think, is my subconscious mind's work. Making me fancy someone I can't have. The thought of lo of people finding out who I fancy always scares me to the point where I physically can't say the guy's name as if saying his name reveals my undying love for him lol. Why the hell do I feel like this?

It's okay to date but don't take anything they say seriously or to heart, it'll only hurt you.
You are smart for being scared. Focus on your future career because it's the only thing you can depend on. Mankytoes Badges: 8. Report 6 years ago 5. ElleeM Badges: Report 7 months ago 6. Original post by succexxy Don't worry, they're all a waste of time at that age. Quick Reply.
